I began my career over 25 years ago as a public school teacher in California. That foundation shaped how I think about learning to this day — not as content, but as a catalyst for growth.

Since then I've built and scaled customer education, sales enablement, and services training organizations that supported companies through rapid growth — several on the path to, or beyond, $1B in revenue. I've launched global academies, monetized learning programs, and helped leaders turn training into a measurable business driver, not a cost center.
